Berlin real estate market could benefit from Brexit

Property association expects dodging investors.

The Berlin property market could get even more demand as a result from the Brexit referendum. When Britain leaves the European Union international investors could increasingly look at German locations for new opportunities , said Andreas Mattner, President of the Central Real Estate Committee (ZIA). The stable fundaments of the Federal Republic have led in recent years to a growing interest, following Mattner. Nevertheless, the Federation regrets the vote Britain for an exit from the European Union. The consequences could be still not calculated correctly. The real estate industry depends particularly on a stable investment climate.
