Real estate news

Tegel is located in the southwest of Reinickendorf. The Tegeler lake is the second largest lake in Berlin and a popular excursion destination. Since 2011, a steady population growth has been observed in Tegel. Real estate price developments were more volatile than the constant population increase. With the expectation of the upcoming closure of Tegel Airport, real estate prices increased significantly between 2011 and 2013. With the ongoing delay in the completion of the BER airport, lower price increases were recorded since 2014. However, with or without an airport: Tegel is already a popular residential area for many inhabitants.
